Deployment Check List (Dec 2011-Dec 2012)

Family and friends suggested I created a bucket list of things I can work on each month during the deployment and throughout the year.  I can't say thank you enough to those who have provided support and great advice for myself and Aj for this first deployment.
I'm so grateful to have family and friends who have been through deployments and are taking me under their wing.  I'm looking forward to checking off this list of things I have accomplished and for the time to fly by.
  • Decorate our guest bedroom(I'm obsessed with buying things for our home, so this is the most realistic thing I will get done, quickly.
  • Start workout routine to get back in shape( Don't let my slenderness fool you, I'm really 300 lbs. on the inside, and I run like it)
  • Start going to Church more regularly. I have such a great church family, and it has been tough not being able to go for so many reasons. No more excuses now.
  • Eat healthier. I just need to get it done, period.
  • Get involved with a charity and foundation. I'm so looking forward to helping out the Moyer Foundation.
  • Create new cooking recipes to add to my cook book. I'm a food network junkie, and it's time I start trying some things out.
  • Take classes with puppy to make him a certified therapy dog. It will be incredible to be able to use my certified therapy dog in hospitals and for helping rehabilitating soldiers!
  • Design and decorate Aj's man cave! He has always wanted the ultimate room, and I can't wait to surprise him with a great man sanctuary!
There are a million other things I want to do, but for now I will start with these and see where they take me =D
